JCB2316 > Coating remover and optical cleaner

Chemisol 2316 is the remover of strong alkaline not containing organic solvents affecting environment such as methylene chloride. In particular, it is effective in stripping coated thin film on optical glass lens.

- It removes contamination of optical glass lens surface, multi coating deposited on optical glass lens.
- It does not contain kind of organic halogen and petroleum solvent by considering the environment.

- Chemisol 2316 is light yellow transparent liquid containing organic acid and potassium hydroxide.
- Specific gravity : 1.28(at25℃) PH : 14(at25℃)

Multi coating stripping of optical glass lens
(using conditions)
- concentration : temperature of undiluted solution : 50~60℃
- time : 1~3 hours (But, adjust it according to stripping situation of multi coating)
- After putting an undiluted solution of Chemisol 2316 into sus tank and raising temperature, immerse lens with using ultrasonic waves.
- After checking stripping of multi coating, wash lens well.
- Since repolishing is needed according to the kinds of initial material, please check it in advance.
- As temperature is lower, long time of immersion is possible but please adjust time of immersion by durability and stripping situation of initial material.
