Application
Since DO-WR100 has excellent water-repellency, it shows effect of pollution prevention and surface protection of A-R coating coated plastic lens or glass lens and is the product that foreign substances are easy to be removed.
Processing Introductions
Working Condition- Vacuum Condition : 2 x 10-5torr
- Deposited Film Thickness : 5 ~ 20nm for 30 ~ 60sec
- Contact Angle for Water : over 110°

- Thermal heated vacuum coating method using molybdenum boat
- Vacuum evaporation coating method using electron gun
